Thai cuisine is originated from exotic Thailand and offers a rich variety of flavors that encourage more and more people around the world. There is a lot of aromatic spices and interesting products that originate not only from Thailand, but also from nearby Asian countries.

The basic product consumed every day in Thai cuisine is rice and its derivatives. Of course, we’re talking about rice noodles, which is used as a tasty and nutritious addition to various dishes. You cannot forget about other important ingredients of Thai dishes, for example about vegetables or coconut milk. Among the most commonly used vegetables and fruits you can find, for example: lemongrass, cabbage, lime, bamboo shoots or mango.

Different varieties of nuts are added to Thai dishes – residents also like meat or seafood. They mainly prefer shrimps, squid, turkey, pork or beef – such food is very popular there. All the dishes would not be full without the delicious sauces, which are often quite spicy. It is worth mentioning that the characteristic feature of Thai cuisine is spiciness. The dominant spices include: chili, garlic, coriander and ginger.

A very important component of many Thai dishes is also curry paste, which occurs in two varieties: green and red. Each type is different in terms of taste and level of spice. Various sauces such as: oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce are the perfect culmination of all Asian dishes. In Thai cuisine, a lot of attention is paid to the cooking and frying process itself – the most important tool are special woks.
